Omni Distance Healing is the same as an Omni Healing session, except it allows you to recieve the healing from anywhere in the world.

It feel it is better to arrange a time that you know I will be sending the healing, so you can get yourself in a place where you can relax and openly receive the healing. That being said it's not at all necessary, if you are working through quite a hectic lifestyle you might prefer that you receive the healing around your daily life patterns.

If possible, I recommend that you come for a session in person, that way I can talk things through with the procedure and what to expect from both in person healing and distant healing.
