This is a rather special guided meditation that will take you to a special place offering you a container for transformation. This is a deep meditation.

Going in with an open heart and and a strong, open intention will give you what you and spirit need for this space of transformation to occur, and the self empowerment to begin.

The process and audio is 60 minutes but I recommend you create a safe space where you won't be disturbed for 80-90 minutes. Giving you time to integrate and ground, as well as write down your journey afterwards. This is a journey that you can repeat, but integration can take time, energetically and physically.
